Acceptable stay with room for improvement
outdated fixtures weak shower pressure
The gym was a good size (I used it daily).
My room type was Beautiful Twin Room. The room showed its age with noticeable wear and tear. The bathroom had outdated fixtures (the shower pressure was weak).

The pool area overlooking the river was acceptable.
The breakfast buffet was VERY disappointing. There were few dishes I could eat. There was mostly chicken and pork options for meat eaters and no fish or beef, except the Chinese and Asian station had noodles with beef. The food was not rotating, so every morning it was the SAME.

really good riverside stay
shuttle boat breakfast options fresh juices gym equipment
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle boat to saphan taksin bts station. It made exploring the city very easy. the breakfast buffet had many options including vegan, healthy, local, and international choices. the fresh fruit and vegetable juices were a refreshing touch. I enjoyed the variety of local fruits. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was easy to maintain my fitness routine.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at peak times, though there were several available.

i had wagyu beef at flow. the main restaurant offered a wide variety of options, both western and asian, and everything tasted very fresh. it was nice, the restaurant also had a playground for toddlers.

Fantastic Stay by the River
convenient location attentive servers
I found the location convenient near Iconsiam. It made shopping and dining very easy. Staff provided WONDERFUL service from the car drop-off to the front desk. The servers were very attentive too.
I noticed that the hotel rooms show some age. I observed peeling sides on cabinets and paint chips on walls, reflecting a need for updates.

The hotel had its own pier. A public pier was also in front of the hotel, too. Cruise piers stood within walking distance near ICONSIAM. Breakfast featured a great spread with many healthy options.
The ferry ride to the train station seemed a little lengthy.

ms nui at eforea spa gave me a wonderful 90min thai massage. the massage quality really made the price worthwhile. the hotel has excellent housekeeping. the location worked well for my needs.
i noticed the quilt cover had an old stain this was a bit disappointing.

the concierge mai provided great assistance , especially with transport and local information. service included prompt luggage handling and efficient responses to requests, and it ensured a seamless experience. staff offered helpful directions.
